Implementation Support – Our technical team is capable of
implementing Numara Software solutions across your supported
environment and beyond. Numara Consulting will deploy the solution
against agreed service management requirements, e.g. published
Service Level Agreements, in order to increase service delivery to
your organisation.
Integration – Numara Software’s products can integrate with a
vast range of complementary products to really fine-tune the
solution to your exact requirements. HR/Payroll applications, LDAP,
remote control or knowledge management, Numara Consulting can
provide integration support to extend your chosen service management
solution.
User and Administrator Product Training – Numara Software
offer a range of administrator and user training courses for all of
our products. On-site courses can be run as part of an
implementation or public courses are offered so customers needing to
train a new employee can do so cost effectively.
Preventative Maintenance Visits – Preventative maintenance
visits can be delivered as part of the Numara Software service
agreement and can be used to tackle specific areas such as report
design or to carry out a system health-check. As business changes so
processes may fail and our consultants can work with your staff to
re-configure the system.
System Reviews – Where there are complex requirements so
demands will change. Numara Consulting will assess performance after
a period of live running to ensure the solution is optimised and
delivering the value to the business as originally set-out.
Support – Our Service Agreement provides you with a failsafe
guarantee that your investment in us is maintained to the latest
version. All maintenance and major releases are provided as part of
your annual agreement and the following support resources and
